Scope

What I take on for your shop.

You get one contact for all the technology of your shop. We decide together which parts you need.

Strong partners for special topics.

For SEO, design and hosting I work with partners who have been professionals in their field for years. That way every topic gets the experience it needs.

  1. 01

    Consulting and concept

Which Shopware edition, which plugins, which processes? I work out with you what your shop needs and also tell you where Shopware’s standard is enough.

  2. 02

    Setup

Sales channels, languages and currencies, shipping and payment methods, taxes, email templates and documents such as invoices: I set up Shopware so your shop can sell from day one.

  3. 03

    Theme and Shopping Experiences

Layout and templating in your corporate design, as a custom theme based on Shopware’s standard. Afterwards you maintain content pages yourself with Shopping Experiences.

  4. 04

    Products and data

Categories, properties and variants set up cleanly, plus products, customers and orders transferred from your old system.

  5. 05

    Plugins and integrations

Missing features become plugins, and I connect your ERP, accounting and shipping.

    Shopware integrations

Migration

Moving to Shopware 6: from Shopware 5, Shopify, Magento and others.

Whether your shop runs on Shopware 5, Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce or another system today: a migration is more than a data transfer, because features, theme and processes are rebuilt in Shopware 6. On top of that, Shopware 5 no longer receives updates. I have been developing since Shopware 4 and know the pitfalls.

Transferring data.

Products, customers, orders and content move to the new shop: from Shopware 5 with Shopware’s Migration Assistant, from other systems through their interface or through files. I check what arrives cleanly and what needs rework.

Rethinking features.

Plugins and apps of the old system don’t run in Shopware 6. For each feature we clarify: can Shopware already do it, is there a suitable plugin, or do we build one of your own?

Rebuilding the theme.

The theme is built anew for Shopware 6, in your corporate design and ideally taking the chance to get rid of legacy issues.

Redirecting old addresses.

So customers and search engines find your pages again, the old addresses redirect to the new ones.

Process

How your shop comes together.

We start with what you sell and how you work today. You don’t need a finished concept for that.

  1. 1

    Consulting

We clarify your range, target group, processes and the systems your shop has to work with.

  2. 2

    Concept

We decide on edition, plugins, theme and integrations before I start. So you know in advance what is coming.

  3. 3

    Setup and development

I set up Shopware, build the theme and develop whatever is still missing.

  4. 4

    Testing and go-live

Before launch I run through all important processes, from search to ordering with every payment method. Afterwards I remain your contact.

Working with AI

AI in the project, the lead with me.

I also use AI agents as a tool when building your shop. Planning, concept and project management stay with me, and you have one contact.

More about how I work with AI
I plan the project.
Concept, order and priorities are set together with you.
Agents take over routine.
They prepare product data for the import and handle recurring work on the theme and plugins to my specifications.
I review and test.
I review every result myself and test the shop before it goes live.

From my plugins

What many shops need from day one.

For some tasks one of my plugins already exists. That saves development time at launch.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Your question isn’t listed? Give me a call or send me a short message about what you need.

Can you build a complete Shopware shop?

Yes. I take care of everything the shop needs technically: consulting, setup, theme, plugins and integrations. For SEO, design and hosting I work with partners who specialize in them.

Do you also migrate from Shopware 5 to Shopware 6?

Yes. I transfer data with Shopware’s Migration Assistant, and plugins and theme are rebuilt for Shopware 6. I have been developing since Shopware 4 and know both versions.

Can you also migrate from Shopify, Magento or WooCommerce to Shopware?

Yes. The data moves to the new shop through the old system’s interface or through files, and features, theme and processes are rebuilt in Shopware 6. Beforehand we check which features your current shop uses and what they look like in Shopware.

Which Shopware edition do I need?

For many shops the free Community Edition is enough. The paid editions add further features. I check with you whether you really need them or whether a plugin will do.

Do you also create the design?

I implement the design as a theme, based on your corporate design or your designer’s drafts. For a completely new design I work with a partner who specializes in it.

Do you also take care of SEO?

Of the technical foundation, yes: clean addresses and redirects during a migration. For content and strategy I work with an SEO partner who has specialized in it for years.

Do you also bring an existing shop up to date?

Yes. A relaunch can mean a new theme, cleaned-up plugins and an update to the current Shopware version. What is needed we decide after a look at your shop.
